Style Arc Cassie Pant is described as a fashionable pull on ankle length pant with knee patch. Style Arc Cassie Pant looks a bit like a legging but the added details makes this pant less boring. Choosing the right fabric is probably the hardest part when you start making this Style Arc Cassie Pant. I used a very stretchy black fabric that was also used to make this dress.

Style Arc Cassie Pant – alterations
I made a muslin first because this is the first time I was making a legging type of pants. The first muslin didn’t fit. The legs were to tight. A whole life of swimming, rowing, cycling and running is perfect to keep your body in shape but it also means that upper legs and calves are very muscular. You can find all kinds of alterations on the internet to solve this problem. I’ve given the front upper leg and back under leg more space by adding a kind of diamond shape in both pattern parts. I’ve added a drawing of this method. My second muslin had a perfect fit. I now had a pattern so it was time to start making my version of the Style Arc Cassie Pant.
